No insurance....need a doctors note!?

So heres the deal, I'm pretty much a broke college student and I need to a note to verify my medical history and that I have severe anxiety and panic disorders-along with slight depression..but I have no insurance! and doctor visits are outrageous! I've missed quite a bit of class...but I have LITERALLY made ALL A's on every single assigment. (its spanish and Im fluent) =) Yet, in this particular class, if you miss more than 3 days without a note points are deducted from your final grade. I do my work, I'm learning the material, have an A....but my attendance is the only problem. My medial history shows that Ive been perscribed to all kinds of medication...been in the hospital because of this. Is there any way a doctor can just write her a note veryifying all this? because i never know when Im gonna have an anxiety attack, they just come-so its not like some flu or broken foot or something when Im givin a time period where I am excused. Advice please?

go to the doctor, or better yet, ring him/her and explain the situation, it would only take two seconds for them to fill out a note excusing you from your classes, its not like its time consuming so they should really do it for free if they have a heart!

my doctor used to write me notes for free, and prescriptions, they only take two seconds to fill out so he never seen the point in charging for them!

What I would try is to go to the hospital you where treated at, and see if they will write you a note. If they are the only ones with your medical history, they have to at least give you the records.
