Could this be a disorder?

Almost every night, I rub my feet together while I'm falling asleep. I thought it might be Rhythmic Movement Disorder, but that involves the head or whole body. Could this be some other kind of disorder that I don't know about, or is it possibly just a comfort thing?

Hey, i also do this, like where my two arches are i rub them together. Recently my boyfriend told me him old roommate did the same thing. I think its a comfort thing, exspecially when i have newly washed sheets or something, i seem to do it more then.

a comfort thing and nothing wrong with it

i think it may be just a comfort thing or you must be dreaming about something that requires running .

Sounds like a comfort thing to me.

Maybe restless leg syndrome, but I would say it's just a habit. I have to shake my right leg constantly when I'm sitting. I think it's from a medication I am on.

I see nothing wrong with you, it sounds like a comfortable habit that help you fall asleep.
