Does anyone know of a phobia expert in sydney australia?

I have a severe phobia destroying my life I have tried a whole heap of things such as hypnotherapy,cbt,eft and acupuncture . Tried councellors and anti-depressants none of which are helping I've tried searching for doctors that may be able to assist me but so far no luck. I have a phobia of getting feet,leg and toe cramps and I have like an OCD thing where I can't take my left hand off my left foot even when trying to walk. Doesn't help that I suffer from panic disorder and agorophobia either.
