Is this Gastritis , sleeping disorder or a pinched nerve?

hi i been experiencing these painful pins and needles for three mths now and i have visited a neurologist and my family doctor
and still they couldnt find anything wrong with me.These past few days i been experimenting with myself as i tried to sleep one whole day and stay up one whole day to figure out whether the pins excist when i dont sleep and when i sleep.I found that when i sleep like 3/4 of the day i dont feel the pins i feel refresh. But when i dont sleep the whole day it starts and it always start almost at the end of the day , and not only does this happen but also i get abdominal pain and my motions are basically stools.I have had many answers from ppl from this website, they say that i may have a pinched nerve ,sleeping disorder and Gastritis which is right.here are my symptoms:

1)small rashes on the palm of hand small ones
2)shooting pain(painful pin pricks) on fingers hands ,feet in my head and body
3)Abdominal pain (motion after a meal stools forms)gassy stomach.

Check out this website. I found it very useful for a similar problem.
