I dont get!! I used to eat a little bit and then......? |
Ok i used to only eat like 500 calories a day.Because i wanted to loose weight. (i know i had some what of an eating disorder) I went from being 125 lbs. to 105 lbs i am 5 foot 6 and i am 14. I am trying to gain weight now so i dont need any comments like your to skinny now trust me i get it all the TIME!! :) But yah anyways. I now eat a LOT LOT LOT of food and stuff and i can eat what ever i want but i dont because i am HEALTH NUT!!! But yah anyways i went on vacation weighing 106 and i PIGGED OUT on like healthy foods like fish and veggies and chicken and stuff like that but when i came back i was 102. I have gained 3 pounds since then. But i am so confused because i got now to my weight i wanted to and kept eating like that at 500 calories and now i am eating like 1300 or some thing like that and i didnt gain all the weight back like people say that is suppose to happen. Because doesnt your body like go into starvation mode when you eat that many few calories and then back to 1300?? yah i am super active i do usually 2 hours of basketball a day and an hour to two hours of cardio a day usually. also still shouldnt i gain a bunch of weight bc i went from starvation mode to eating normally?? 1300 is still not very many calories, Im on a diet (just trying to go from 150 back down to 140 because I put on 10 pounds over the summer) and Im only eating 1200 calories compared to the 3,000-4,000 I was. you will still lose weight at 1300 calories. You need about 2000 cals a day to gain. you are 14.....and active...i hope....and not lazy............you need to intake 2000-2600 calories....not 1300 |
