Please please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!????


ok im 13 and i think i really need to gain weight!!! my friends always tell me how skinny i am and it irritates me. im about 5 foot 2 and i weigh about............85 pounds.... im scared that people think that i have an eating disorder or something. im kind of a couch potato and a junk food addict so its not like im starving myself. ive tried exercising a bunch to see if umm idk if i could maybe get some weight from muscles but nothing has worked!!!!!! i think it may be genetics but im not sure. how can i gain a little weight??

Kk im a wrestler so i know how to gain and lose weight...what you need to do to gain weight is to eat alot of protein, so like fish, eggs, nuts, and beef jerky are perfect...

also, try to stay off the junk food like bad carbs and stuff...that just goes right through your system...and eat lots of fruit and veggies, and drink lots of water...

above all, make sure you eat 3 heavy meals a day and you should be fine

ur fine i would just ignore them b/c i am 14 and weigh 120 and am reallyskinny and i am kinda a couch potato too when i was thirteen i weighed like 95lbs and 12 was 75 so its ok
