I have worked in the food service area for quite a while now and have my food handlers liscense and it is extremely important to have food certified and inspected if you are having it shipped from another country especially. Remember the mad cow disease... lets not even go into the E. Coli thing... good luck and may you have many good dishes come from your cooking.
