Does this diet sound good to you??


路 Follow the menus exactly!
This diet works on chemical breakdown and is proven.
路 DO NOT vary or substitute any of the foods.
路 Salt and pepper may be used, but no other seasoning.
路 When no quantity is given, there are no restrictions,
other than common sense.

THIS DIET IS TO BE USED 3 DAYS AT A TIME ONLY.

REMEMBER:

路 Do NOT pick between meals.
路 Diet cola, Tab, Sugar free drinks may be used at any time
during the 3 days.
路 Sauces, dressings, and spices may contain additives and sugars
that will affect the efficiency of this diet. Use with caution.


In 3 days you can lose up to 10 pounds. After 3 days of dieting,
you can eat your normal foods, but do not overeat. After four days
of normal eating you may continue a three day regimen.


This diet was developed for people who need to lose large amounts
of weight.

there are many out there like that with crappy stuff to eat and they say you will lose it and yes i know of one like this and know someone who has lost wieght doing it but guess what it got old and she didnt keep it off so to me in my opion it fails

please , if this is your diet , no one going to read it ,but dont use black peper, doesn't digest right

that is rediculous. following portion sizes is important, but the things on that list weren't very healthy or substaintial. Dieting like that won't get you anywhere. Go with 3 veggies a day, 2 fruits, 3 milk, 2 meat, 9 grains, and sweets very little. Give your body what you need, don't follow stupid diets.

what do the numbers in ( ) mean?

sounds terribly unhealthy!!! I have been using a very healthy nutritional weight loss program called Isagenix. I have safely lost over 20 pounds in the past 4-5 weeks. It is guaranteed.
This one sounds dangerous....especially with the above warning

You have to burn more calories than your taking in.Thus,lose weight.

i dun really think it sounds nice.. espcially due to the ice cream part.. i mean, i seriously havent heard of icecream on a diet..

that's a horrible diet...it's not balanced at all. it's low in protein, low GI high fiber carbs, vegetables and healthy fats.

that diet will result in nothing but temporary weight loss from restricting both the total caloric intake and the carbohydrate intake. you may lose scale weight but none will be from a loss of body fat

it sounds really stupid and even doesnt have the wright calories for everything.
a diet is a way of life not a sprint.
day and week diets are for yo-yo dieters who end up having slow metabolism and high body fat percentage.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
