I got a couple of questions to ask.?


Here they are:

1)What can a person look for on a food label to hep them make good sources of protein?
2)List 3 safety rule when dealing wih foods from the group

When you answer, put the number of the question you are answering next to your answer.

On number 2, I mean from the meatand bean group from the food pyramid.
