How long does it take after eating contaminated food to make someone sick USUALLY? i know most docs will say anywhere between like 6-72 hours, but wandering if anyone has ever gotten sick right after eating something...or if it usually takes a day or so?? I think it depends on the persons system. I had a friend of mine who got food poisoning a hour after eating shrimp from a seafood restaurant. my experience has been within an hour. Usually 10-20 min. It's not food poisoning if it's any more than a few hours. right after.... ^^^ you ruined shimp for me!!! thanks a lot!!! |
