Food poisoning and im starving?

I recently ate at little cesears and got food poisoning...i havent been able to eat at all and i am starving...i need food but im afriad i will throw it up or my head hurts so bad that just the meer sight of it will cause me to get sick again....

can anybody tell me what i can eat..that would be great

Dry toast and plenty of water to keep you rehydrated, you may not be able to hold it down though! Feed a cold, starve a bug, as the saying goes for 24 hours at least.

I have had food poisoning three times in the last year. Try this: Drink 2 mouthfuls of water every few minutes until your headache goes away. The headache is probably telling you that you are getting dehydrated. When the headache is gone, try liquids first like chicken noodle soup. When that stays down, try light solids like Jello and veggies. Then gradually eat what you want when you are comfortable that it will stay down.

Try the BRAT diet - it's what I've always been told to have when sick.

Bananas
Rice
Applesauce
Toast

Drink lots of gatorade to replenish your electrolytes, plenty of soup-broth, and plenty of ginger ale/tea to settle your stomach. If you eat it, jello is also easy to eat.

Well, the only thing I can think of off the top of my head is just to drink a can of Ensure. That will at least give you some nutrition until you can eat solid food again. When you feel brave enough to try to eat food, try eating something bland, like a baked potato, scrambled eggs, apple sauce or something like that. I'm certain once you can get some solid food in you, you will start feeling better and will be able to eat with no problem.
