Food poisoning or Allergy?


I'm a 26 year old girl with a normal weight and no health problems. However in the past 1.5 yrs I've had 3 occasions when i ate certain foods that made me sick. the 1st time i ate creamy pasta..the next day i woke up vomiting and with diahreaa. But i wasn't sure what it was in the pasta exactly that made me sick. The 2nd time i had a Thai laksa (with coconut milk) and i got sick too..nauseas but i didnt puke got cold sweat, fainting spells. 3rd time i had a curry (that contained milk and coconut milk) that caused me to get nauseas too. All the symptoms of all 3 incidents are: Nausea, diahreaa (to a certain extent), cold sweat, fever,feeling faint and very weak. I just can't pin point which ingredient in all the foods made me ill but is this stomach flu or just food poisoning? The weird thing is my friends ate the same foods that I ate and they didn't get sick.I've seen doctors and they tell me it's just food poisoning. Could i be sensitive or allergic to a common ingredient ?

You could be allergic to milk products and byproducts (like cheese). Alot of people are allergic to milk products and have to drink soy milk. You can see an allergist and get tested to make sure. But it sounds to me like you have an intolerance to dairy products. What happens to you when you eat cheese?
