Do I have Food Poisoning or the Stomach Flu?

I ate 3 corn dogs an hour prior to me going to sleep last night. I woke up really sick.

Symptoms include:

High Fever
Water like Diarrhea
Vomiting
Stomach Pains
Constant urge to Vomit
Confusion
Dizziness
Horrible dreams that seem to last forever when sleeping
Horrible after taste that tastes similar to the corn dogs

I fear eating any food, even crackers because, I don't want to vomit anymore. I'd rather suffer than keep vomiting.

What do I have? Food Poisoning or the Stomach Flu?

I've had Stomach Flus before, and they usually have similar symptoms but the after taste is much different and so are the pains.

I believe this is Food Poisoning.

What do you believe I may be experiencing?

Food Posinoning, go see a Dr. and drink lots of water in little sips at a time, so ur stomach doesn't get upset.

It sounds a lot like colon cancer, go see a doctor!

sounds like food poisoning, you need to at least have some fluid intake. If you can't keep fluids down, I think you should call your doc as soon as possible. You can eventually dehydrate.
