i have food poisoning(am starting to feel a bit better), i need to be better by tomorrow, i have been drinking lots of fluids and have not eaten any dairy or fatty/oily foods all day but i am so HUNGRY what can i eat and WHAT can i do to help me get better for tomorow?

you're doing the right thing with lots of fluid
orange juice wouldn't hurt? Saltine crackers or dry toast. That always helps me. Eat a very bland diet. Most folks go with the BRAT diet. Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast. Just don't eat too much. Only small amounts. ha ha i just wanted 2 points off ya.(ty rocks dont it woooo) |
