Low Fat No Fat: Info about food labeling?

What is the reason for this type of labelling and advertising?
Websites where i can get information on Low Fat No Fat food labelling?
Information on Low Fat No Fat food labelling? Where from?

thanks.

The reason for it is because North Americans get too much saturated fats in their diets. Also zero trans fats is coming into fashion because of how unhealthy they are. Therefore limiting the amount of fats put into a food product will make people think it is healthy and therefore buy it. However nothing could be further from the truth! What do they replace the fat with in the product? Sugar! this is much worse than saturated fats. Most often High Fructose corn syrup is the sugar used to replace fats. This is a very bad kind if sugar for you. Sugar leads to diabetes and other disoreders such as obeasity.

Bottom line: Low fat, No fat food labeling tricks the consumer into thinking the product is healthy, where it is actually worse for your health. It also boosts sales of the product, giving the company a marketing edge.

You can visit http://likeall.blogspot.com but I am not sure whether the topic in it or not. Most important you still can get info about health there.

If I were you, I would forget about labeling, go for fresh, this is the only way you know the true value of food, I lost about 35kilos by only eating real food and forgetting about the labeling on foods, they cannot be trusted

Get yourself a counter and refer to it regularly, also the amount of exercise you get is important, very important you can loose 100lbs and still look flabby and dreadful, it may not show because you can hide it behind the right clothes but you know.

Good luck
