How do you read food nutrion labels?

i'm trying to lose between 15 to 20kgs and i'm having trouble with the food labels. I'm not sure how much sugar and fat etc we should be having a day.

I don't know about sugar, but I remember being told that we should keep our fat intake to less than 30 grams a day. And try to avoid saturated and trans fats.

I came across this great product for weight loss and it was excellent for me. Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at
