Fat content in food? |
On food labels, there is total fat content. Then followed that it lists different fats, example saturated and so on... But when you add all the different fats it does not equal total fat content, why is that? What are the other fats that are not listed? The USDA only requires nutritional labeling for Total Fat, Saturated Fat and Trans Fats. |
