How do you know if a food is high in CARBS? |
If a food item has 35g of Carbs, is that considered good or bad? http://www.taste.com.au/news+features/ar... low carb = typically anything under 10g/serving. Good, but you must look at the amount in 1 serving. Mostly processed foods other than meats. All fruits are carbo rich a grapefruit is lower than apple. all white foods with high sugar content like breads. |
