How do you know if a food is high in CARBS?

If a food item has 35g of Carbs, is that considered good or bad?

I have no idea what the healthy range of carbs in food is..!?

When I look at a food label, what would be considered low carb?

Hope that helps you Rogue. I don't understand Carbs, or anything like that. That site is good though. I get my recipes off it all the time.
Right down the bottom it has the GI Index, Maybe that's it?? Like I said I don't know. :D

low carb = typically anything under 10g/serving.

Good, but you must look at the amount in 1 serving.

The average adult eats around 2,500 calories a day. People on low carb diets try to eat less than 1,000 calories a day. Thats like 3 pop tarts!

I try to eat around 750-800 calories in one meal.

Mostly processed foods other than meats. All fruits are carbo rich a grapefruit is lower than apple. all white foods with high sugar content like breads.
Depending on how much carbs you want per day Some diabetics try for less than 20 carbs per day.
