Food labels: How can I find out the amount of percent daily values that a food provides on a food label?

be specific please..like where to find it?
What word is it by lol?

CONTACTS: if you see this question PLEASE ANSWER BY TOMORROW MORNING SO I CAN CHECK YOUR ANSWERS.

If I understand you question correctly, it is called "Nutrition information". or "NUTRITION FACTS"
It is usually black and white, aside from the colors of the label.
You can see the percent of iron and calcium and vitamin A and D usually in the bottom of that little rectangle information box.

4, 6, and 8% iron is pretty good for iron. I have seen labels that show a large amount of vitamin D but it is usually because they add it into the food, because the food has none in it. A lot of juices have SO MUCH vitamin C, because they add it in.

I tend to buy foods that are naturally full of vitamins and not added afterwards. Why? Because nature and God know in exactly what quantities to mix the vitamins so that you can get optimal results.
