Developing a food allergy with stomach bloating?

I never had any allergies to any foods. I am 24 years old female, and I recently have found that 24/7 I have stomach bloating. Especially after I eat. I got blood tests done and no celiac disease. What is the most common food allergy people randomly develop?? Anyone have any insight to this, its very hard for me to find out what is causing it, maybe someone out there knows a common allergy that I may have developed that causes stomach bloating.
thanks...I appreciate it

it sounds like you have a similar problem to my own.
when i eat tomatoes or peppers my stomach hurts really bad and i get wind. my tummy swells an d i look 9 months pregnant.
i had allergy testing it was negative, BUT
ive got IBS and was told that the irritable bowel was the problem and that certain foods aggrevate it even though not actually allergic to those foods.

common food allergies are peanuts
shellfifish
milk and dairy eg cheese
eggs

but the specialist told me most people outgrow their allergies and proved this to me . i have to admit it took a bit of believing

OK. I know this is going to sound strange. Have you ever heard of "Eating Right For Your Blood Type"? My sister is on this diet and she swears by it. I run a Celiac Yahoo! Group and one of our members is also on this diet and says that it has made her feel so much better. I've included a link so you can check it out.

I developed a "full" feeling that wouldn't go away for weeks at the beginning of the year. I didn't know what was going on, either. It turns out that post-hysterectomy (at age 40) my stomach has started to produce LESS stomach acid than it needs. My doctor prescribed Domperidone to help. It has worked wonders for me.

If you're feeling bloated, stay away from broccoli and cauliflour as well as beans for awhile. Eat live culture plain yogurt.

Good luck! I hope you feel better soon.

The thing is any allergy or intolerance can cause bloating, and can occur at any time.

However, since you can't pinpoint it.. Its most likely one of the following: Wheat, Corn, Soy, Milk.

Milk is probably the easiest of those to rule out. Secondly wheat. Corn and Soy are difficult as they are in nearly every food in some amount.

You may want to see an allergist to get more help on this, but you can cut out each food for 1-2 weeks then add it back in and see if there is more problems on its return to the diet. Just make sure you have benadryl handy when you trial the food.

Stomach bloating can also be from other digestive conditions, and a GI doctor should be able to test you for those.
