Burning lips- food allergy? |
I have been having problems where my lips are burning and itching. I have been in for allergy testing and I am very allergic to most trees and possibly eggs -although the doctor said it is only 50/50 positive with food allergies. I am pretty sure it is something I am eating, but I can't pinpoint what it is. Anybody else had this problem? Any ideas? It depends on what you have been eating. If it is something spicy; then yes you will have burning lips. Most people I know of usually get a rash around their mouths when they have food allergy. If you wear lipstick and have been using another brand than what you had formerly, then it is possible it might be that. Or a new soap, new lotion, facial wash, any number of things that your face; or hands might have come in contact that could cause a reaction. Most likely you allegic the a type of fruit. cherrys probably. I am very very allegic to peanuts. |
