Food allergy or hormon level change?! Please advice ASAP?

My mom is 55 years old and a couple of times she started throwing up she couldn't eat anything for 2 days and forced herself to drink water than everything went back to normal.
It happened 3 times over the year (winter and summer) her temperature was normal, blood presure normal, eyes clear it just that she feels nosies at those times. Could it be food allergy?
She just had her menopause so could that be hormon level change. Does anybody ever heard about those symptoms?
Please advise while I'm trying to convince her to go to the doctor asap.

This doesnt sounds like an allergy,or a hormone problum Most probably she is having some thing with her gastro intestinal tract,If you have'nt met a doctor yet better go soon befour things get worse,doing an upper G I endoscopy is more professional and better for her ,some times she may need ultrasound scan,or barium meal and follow through,.If you need more details you may contact

i hate to say it but it sounds like hangovers to me.

most likely its not food allergies. i am allergic 2 so many foods but none of that has ever occured
