Food allergy or Stomach Flu?

Everytime I over eat with pizza, I get fatiqued and constipated. Yesterday I ate pizza, and my stomach started to feel funny. Then I went to the bathroom and it came out wattery a little and then soft blops. Then I got up and felt light headed. And then I started feeling fatique.

This happened before, but I would feel fatiqued until I cleaned myself out with milk of magnesia because I would be constipated. I never listen to myself everytime and always stuff my gut with 6 slices of pizza. I know I need to stop, but i LOVE pizza lol.

Does it sound like a food allergy in the cheese or just I overate or stomach flu?

I remember I ate pizza one night and then went to school, I felt fatiqued and my stomach was rumbling and I had watery stool lol

Perhaps it is the oil in the pizza; it is too much for you. Eat less pizza and blot it with a napkin first. That will take away some of the oil.

Definitely not the stomach flu. It sounds like you're lactose intolerant. Looks like it's soy cheese pizza for you from here on out!

follow up with your doctor. take a food diary.

You don't have the symptoms of true food allergy, but it may be that you are sensitive or intolerant of one or more of the ingredients in pizza. If you were allergic, the reaction would not have been gastric that fast. The two obvious ingredients that could cause a sensitivity would be the cheese or the wheat in the crust. Do you have problems with ice cream or bread? If you have problem with bread, pasta, or other wheat items, then the gluten in the crust could be the culprit. If you have problems with ice cream or the milk poured on cereal or yogurt, then the lactic acid in the cheese might be the problem

When it is digestive complaints, it is more likely a food intolerance rather than a true allergy. A true allergy results in reactions like hives, respiratory difficulties and you may also go into an anaphylactic shock if severe.

You may be intolerant to wheat or gluten found in the pizza base. Intolerances are usually the case if you notice similar symptoms everytime you eat pizza or the specific allergen.

If it is a one-off event, it may be food poisoning caused by poor hygiene standards of the person preparing your food.
