Herpes of food allergy?

I have like 7 lilllll bumps on my lip. they're so small, you cant even really get a good count. they're not like a cold sore or a pimple, they're also the same color as my lip. they're not painful at all and it looks like the same heat rash i had on my neck, but the thing is, its not hot outside anymore. i had these little bumps like once or twice before, but they went away by themself. they dont get bigger, they're realllly small. could this be herpes or a food allergy or sumin?

honey its not herpes u would know if it was they would be painful but u do need to see a doctor asap it might not be nothin
