Allergy is still an unknown subject inspite of lot of research on the subject.There are some tests the doctor's conduct to identify to which food you are allergic.It is not necessarily food alone.Also it is not common for every one.
Doctor's suggest that individuals must observe and isolate the materials to which one is allergic.Every day you make a list of all the items you take and see if you get allergy.Slowly isolate one by one.Also get a allergy test done.These are long ,time taking observations.Meanwhile they give anti allergic medicines,and these are not good for health.
