Could This Indicate A Food Allergy?? |
Today I consumed a lot more milk products than normal (chocolate, milk) and after eating lunch around 2:30, I had two chocolates. Immediately after, the middle of my torso (if that makes sense) started to hurt. Then it changed to my back and all night it's been right in the centre of my back hurting. Like a dull hurt mostly. Could this indicate a food allergy or something? My stomach has been upset a bit too. Oh, and lactose intolerance is real big in my family. Not allergy. your eating too much, bloating and indegestion would cause that!! Could be, but being almost winter it could be a bug. Could be milk or maybe too much sugar all at once if you're not used to it. Or it could be what you ate for lunch.. lettuce does that to some people because it's more difficult to digest. I believe so... Probably not, you may have eaten too much. It's also flu season so it could be that. |
