Could This Indicate A Food Allergy??

Today I consumed a lot more milk products than normal (chocolate, milk) and after eating lunch around 2:30, I had two chocolates. Immediately after, the middle of my torso (if that makes sense) started to hurt. Then it changed to my back and all night it's been right in the centre of my back hurting. Like a dull hurt mostly. Could this indicate a food allergy or something? My stomach has been upset a bit too. Oh, and lactose intolerance is real big in my family.

Not allergy.

If you have gas/blaoting/diahreea (sorry about that spelling) or general digestion problems, that indicates an Intolerance (intolerance is different than allergy), lactose intolerance is an intolerance.

To find out if you are intolerant to a food.. cut out that food for 2 weeks and see how you react, then introduce it back in and see if you get the symptoms again

your eating too much, bloating and indegestion would cause that!!

Could be, but being almost winter it could be a bug.

Could be milk or maybe too much sugar all at once if you're not used to it. Or it could be what you ate for lunch.. lettuce does that to some people because it's more difficult to digest.
I'm not sure this signals that you're lactose intolerant because usually this results in a different side effect if ya know what I mean.
This sometimes happens to me after I eat raw carrots.. but not every time, which is weird.

I believe so...
I hate cheese, and milk, dont care much for yogurt or ice cream. I haven't drank milk since it was in a bottle. If i have it in my cereal it is literally spoonfuls just to make it wet. I havent been diagnosed with lactose intolerance, However, when i eat chocolates i experience the same symptoms. I'm wondering if a am but it does not run in my family.

Probably not, you may have eaten too much. It's also flu season so it could be that.
