I suspect that I have a severe food allergy to hemp seeds. What is in the makeup of hemp to cause allergies?

My online research indicates that 'no hemp seed allergies have ever been reported'. I ate a handful of these hemp hearts which are supposed to be 'Nature's Power Food' and almost immediately had the itchy throat, lips and roof of mouth thing, along with the severe chest pain and indegestion. Am I the world's first hemp seed allergy reporter? Has anyone ever heard of a hemp allergy?

Guess I should add that I am allergic to seafood, sensitive to sulfites, intolerant of lactose, allergic to kiwi, avocados, eggplant, cantaloupe and who knows what else?!
