Swollen lips - is it an Allergy from Ibuprofen (Advil) or is it a Food allergy.?

I have been monitoring my swollen lips and it seems that I get it sometimes after taking Ibuprofen. Not too sure, if it is related to that or if it is from another food allergy.

Do you get it always after taking Ibu? or just sometimes?

You really need to keep more detailed records to know for sure. Start a food/intake journal.

I'd also recommend switching to a different pain reliever and watch to see if you still get symptoms or not.

Ibu is one of a type of medication called NSAIDS. If you are allergic to IBU, there are many more pain relievers which could also cause you problems (and potentially anaphylaxis). Such as Naproxen and Aspirin. If you are allergic to NSAIDS, you will need to get a medical ID stating such to avoid any medical emergency accidents.

If you are allergic to IBU, you should get a reaction every time you take it. If you don't, then also consider "dosage" in your equation, does one dose not cause problems, but two doses a day does? Its possible that small doses don't give you readily noticeable reactions, but two doses does. Also keep in mind that reactions can sometimes take a few hours to show as well.

Your best bet though is to stop the IBU, and try Tylenol for a month and see if things change. If you're still getting reactions off the IBU, then its probably a food.

stop taking ADVIL !

You need to identify what it is or assume what it is and avoid it. Swollen lips is how a reaction begins, but eventually your reactions will be more serious. Also see your doctor and explain this. There are test which can be done to determine what is causing it.

Sounds more like a food allergy to me (I've had them). Switch to acetaminophen if you can and keep monitoring it.
