Can juicing the same thing everyday cause a food allergy? |
One of you left me helpful advice that jucing cabbage everyday can help colitis. I am excited to start except I keep reading that jucing the same kind of vegtable daily can cause a food allergy? How can this be? what would the symptoms be? How long do you have to be drinking the juice to start to develop the allergy? I do not know but too much of anything never proves to be good...except water :) I am afraid I don't know |
