Food allergy scares? |
I have some food allergies (apples, pecans, pineapples). Whenever I eat some foods I haven't had in awhile I make myself nervous and fear of my throat closing or something happen. i used to do the same thing. be careful, don't let your mind control you!! if you've never had a reaction to it before, chances are you won't have one, even if you haven't eaten it in a while. stay away from those foods that you know that you're allergic to, but by all means, dig in in all the others! |
