Can carageen (food additive) cuz cancer? What's the components are?

Carageenan is the word that you mean, and it IS a component, all on it's own. It's a substitute for animal gelatin, found in a specific type of seaweed. It is not artificial. It is NOT a chemical. It has no more adverse effects than does any green vegetable.

a LOT of things can cause cancer that we dont directly know about.

i would be more worried about the pesticides we use on our food (which are banned all over the world except in the US) and have been linked with all kinds of cancer and other diseases...

but the list is endless... a lot of preservatives and other man-made chemicals are very bad for you in the long run.

a large percentage of the population are getting cancer because we try to alter nature far too much
