Are most ingredients they put in our food bad for us? |
Reason be I was reading a book by bill statham"What's in your Food"the truth about food additives,is in almost everything we eat has stuff in it thats really bad for us,such as kidney faikure liver problems,asthma,rashes,irregular heart beat,etc... Think of it in simple terms - analogy. You have a car and it runs on gas (your body and food it uses). Engineers and scientist come up with the optimum gas formula for your car (your body evolved in a way that the natural food is the best for it). Now your buddy says "Pour some water in your gas tank, it will make your trip cheaper for you will use less gas, which is much more expensive than water. I assure you, it will run just fine" (as most manufacturers add something in your food to make it cheaper/last longer). What do you think will happen to your car if you keep pouring water in your gas tank or replace break fluid with dirt? Same happens with your body when you consume food that is not natural. Yup, some food additives can have adverse effects when consumed in large amounts. Food additives cause many problems. One interesting fact is that morticians are telling us that they don't really have to embalm people like they used to because the average American eating the American diet are preserved well enough when they die to last about 2 weeks! |
