Why do we have artificial colors in our food? |
Our food has way too many chemical additives. I bet much of causes cancer and they do not even know it. Look at the drastic increase in cancer diagnosis over the last 50 years. Why do they not just leave it out. I would still buy it and that stuff costs money to put in food. Seems like a win win situation here. Because real natural color fades when food is cooked. So they add the fake color to make it look more appealing. therefore people buy it. But yes...way too many chemicals in our food these days. Also, I'd suggest stay away from anything that says High Frustose Corn Syrup...Its in like 80 percent of all processed fodd and drinks and already known to cause cancer. Hope this helps. Lots of other foods can cause cancer such as fat products.YOu can also make food colouring out of some special bugs, some special spices etc. YEs there is nothing good about chemicals in our food but you can prevent them all together. Go with most natural fresh food you can find.take care to make them more appatizing. because it wouldn't look tastefull -- and many people including my self have trouble eating foods that look un appetizing -- yea i think they should take them out to -- if they did people would all get used to the appearance of the food and we would find it appetizing and we would all be healthy. companies put artificial color in foods to make it look cool. for instance, a candy maker would put purple artificial color in grape flavored candy so it would look like it would taste like grape. People are not going to want to eat candy (or other food) that doesn't look like what it should taste like. |

Yes, I think they cause a lot of different problems because our food was never meant to be like this, it was meant to be natural, I just don't understand why people can't leave things alo... whole foods do not really have labels. dairy eggs poultry fish/seafood beef lentils barley whole oats beans whole grain rice yams veggies/fruits nuts/seeds * healthy food ... gluten. Labels will say wheat or gluten. ...1. Healthy Eating (which for me includes Organic produce & goods) 2. Yes 3. 1-2 4. No 5. Car (if was in walking distance I'd walk) 6. Summers - once a week. ...Trans fat are very hard for your body to get rid of them. It blocks arteries and may cause some type of cancer. Use good things moderately and bad things keep it away from you! Leave fast food... I am so very sorry he has this. My son has had it since 1 month old and he is now almost 4years old. I have tried everything under the sun and he has seen all the Best Docs in the state and nothi... It sounds healthy---except that you might want to make sure that you are getting enough non-meat/dairy protien (beans/rice/etc.). ...This sounds like the elimination diet to determine allergies in oyr body. You can got to a health food store or even some of the larger stores now carry spelt bread in the refrigerated section. I... |
