If i exercise anywhere between 3-5 times a week for 2 hours is it ok to eat fast food like every now and then?

i spends a good amount of time at the gym and also i work at a marina (spelling on that?) so i get plenty of exerise but i try to stay away from getting any trans fat and so i start this working and working out about 2 months ago and lost like 20 lbs and pretty tone now (i was never fat just not tone) but anyway the stuff i wanna eat has like 1g of trans fat in but like 27 things of protein or something like that (its french dip from arbys) and im debating whether i should go get one, cause i could use the protein plus i have been eating these stupid power bars for additives from my food so im building pretty good muscle....so anyway is it ok to eat that kind of fast food every now and then like 1 or 2 times a month

Trans fat are very hard for your body to get rid of them. It blocks arteries and may cause some type of cancer.
Use good things moderately and bad things keep it away from you!

Leave fast food in case of an emergency when there is nothing to eat, and starving would not be the best option. Besides that, make a commitment with yourself that only healthy foods are going to be in your fridge. Once you get just one little bad thing, it is easy to have just two little bad things.

I hope this info helps! :)

Occasional fast food will not hurt your diet plans. It's important to fit in food that you like while on a diet, but in moderation. Some people will binge if they don't make small accomodations. An occasional, reasonable sized serving of fast food is ok, but if you get a supersized tripple hamburger with extra large soda and extra large french fries will probably prevent weight loss. Also, since you get plenty of exercise, if you gain 0.5 pounds, you will lose it very quickly.

perfectly fine. in fact, once or twice a month can help prevent any sudden crashes causing you to binge

the is nothing wrong with eating fast food occasionally. As long as you don't over dose on the stuff. I think there are not necessarily bad foods, it is just you can not eat too much of them. Sort of like eating ice cream sometimes, just not everyday.

moderation is the key, although fast food really isn't the best for anyone

Yes, before protein shakes and bars body builder had to sacrafice the fats and such gained by beef to et the considerable amount of protein, Just increase cardio to burn off the extra cals and your workout could use the extra protein.

yes, it should be fine to eat fast food about once a month, as long as you don't over indulge, and you stay away from things the the big whopper, which has over a 1,000 cals with everything on it.

No, eat a balanced diet and do not compromise with fast food. It takes self discipline, but you will proud of yourself.

Eating fast food once or twice a month won't ruin your diet or your health as long as you don't eat tons of it. If you just eat an occasional meal at a fast food joint, you'll be fine.

god yes,if u dont treat yourself then u will fall off the wagon, sounds like u have done a great job already, dont eat it all day every day as u said for a meal once or twice a month so then u dont feel like your missing out.
