I was doing weight watchers and losing but now I'm not hungry enough to make the daily minimum? |
I'm fifteen and my mom and I are doing weight watchers together, on our own. (She used to go to the meetings, so she has all the handouts, books and info.) I've lost about ten pounds so far and would like to lose maybe five more. Well, I have candida and my doctor put me on a no sugar, no yeast, no mold foods, no preservatives or additives or processed foods diet to get rid of it. So basically I've been eating organic meat and eggs, and vegetables. I have been really tired so I haven't been doing very much exercise, and from all the protien I'm eating I'm just not hungry. Will my body go into starvation mode if I don't eat the minimum of 18 points, and just eat what fills me, maybe 12 points? I'm five six and weigh 130 something pounds. I know it doesn't sound like I need to lose weight, but the way I gain it, I actually do. Thanks! Yeah, it is really bad for your body if you go below 18 points. I had days when I was on WW when I really didn't want to eat all of it but you don't want to hurt your body so you have to fill those extra points in. Follow your instincts. You're probably not as hungry because you're not expending as much energy. You're not expending as much energy because you're tired. You're tired because your diet lacks carbohydrates and therefore your primary source of energy. A change in diet will always change your metabolism, but if you follow your instincts in eating- without eating too much- your instincts will always keep you healthy. Weight watchers is a wonderful program, but your own instincts are a powerful tool for healthy living as well. |

sudden? ...I would go back to my doctor who treats for my epilepsy and be re-examined..you may be right that it could be a food additive and if this is the case then I would be finding out what to avoid..I le... I absolutely do not understand how people think it's so expensive to eat healthily every day. I am super poor and rarely buy junk food... I always have plenty of fresh foods and it really do... It really depends on your body chemistry. I work for an all natural and organic grocery store chain, so I meet and talk to alot of people that detox. Most people will go through what is called a he... finally somebody like me! i am 13, 5'2 and i weigh 93-94 pounds, pple say im light, but i still wanna get skinnier...u r fine..........i just got a hecka flatter stomach in about 2 weeks...thi...
