Help with detox? |
I'm eliminating processed foods and foods with preservatives/additives in them (for this week as I'm on uni-break). I started yesterday. It really depends on your body chemistry. I work for an all natural and organic grocery store chain, so I meet and talk to alot of people that detox. Most people will go through what is called a health crisis when starting any kind of detox program. As you detox you are pulling the toxins out of your body, the thing is some of these toxins have been pushed down and hidden in parts of your body where they don't effect as much as they can. Once you start detoxing they are pulled to the surface and therefore for a few days they will effect you alot. It can cause nausea, light headedness, dizzy spells and several other symptoms. These should go away in a few days. If they don't or they get worse or at any time you just know something is wrong then you should discontinue your program and contact a health professional. Otherwise the bad news is you have to go through the feeling bad to get to feeling better. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact me. Good luck in your detox! no maybe its the vitamins? maybe you are taking too much. isnt that what you aare suppose to expect? |
