How do I treat Folliculitis?

I notice that there are some pimple looking thing on the back of my arm but they arent pimples and then I realized it is folliculitis, I was wondering how do I treat it?

Go to a doctor or dermatologist. If it is folliculitis a simple antibiotic will get rid of them, minocycline or something similar. You definitely don't need them 'frozen off' or a laser, they will go away themselves.

I was diagnosed with folliculitis, and within a week of going on minocycline, my skin cleared up.

See a doctor and have them frozen off or hit with a laser.
