Anyone used Kerol Redi-Cloths(Rx) for folliculitis or other skin condition?

I was given a prescription for these by my dermatologist for what I thought was mild acne on my chest and back but she said it was actually folliculitis. Anyway just wondering if anyone else used these cloths and if so the results, side effects, and best way to use them.

I dont know what folliculitis is but just last week my Podiatrist prescribed them for callouses on my feet. I went to get the prescription and was SHOCKED when I found out that even with my co pay it was $60. There is no generic, just to warn you ahead of time.
