Folliculitis- anyone have experience with it?

Hi

I seem to have all the symptoms of folliculitis. I was in our apartment's swimming pool all weekend last weekend and I wore the same trunks both day, which i guess is a bad thing. Anyways... this is all through my pubic hair and isn't getting better. Anyone ever have this? I'm assuming there is some sort of otc cream i can get. If anyone has a suggestion please let me know. Thanks.

Hot moist compresses may promote drainage of extensive folliculitis. Treatment may include antibiotics applied to the skin (mupirocin) or taken by mouth (dicloxacillin), or antifungal medications to control the infection.

yes, get Lotrimin cream from the drug store.
