Any idea on Treatment for Dissecting Folliculitis of the Scalp?

I am on my 3rd course of Accutane. No visible Improvement. Any Ideas Please

Hi there,

I have just been diagnosed with bacterial folliculitis. I had red bumps all over my body including my scalp. My dermatologist has prescribed a strong antibiotic to get rid of the infection. I would strongly recommend visiting a dermatologist who will be able to prescribe the correct treatment.
