Can i use antifungal cream or yeast infection medicine for folliculitis on the scalp?

if so which one should i use????

use an antibacterial oil such as tea tree

3 drops tea tree
1 drop of almond oil

when washing hair add the oil mixture to your shampoo and use as normal.

do this once per day.

Seems it's more apt to be bacteria, I've had it from time to time and it is bothersome but not a huge threat. Here's a web site that talks about it.

Treatment of Folliculitis
Sometimes topical antibiotics, such as bacitracin with polymyxin B, may be administered.
Systemic (oral) antibiotics are usually only prescribed for extensive infection, in carbunculosis, systemic infection or spreading cellulitis.
Furuncles and carbuncles may require an incision and drainage of pus.
