Is folic acid good when trying to get pregnant? |
somebody please help is folic acid really good for trying too get pregnant mothers please help Ive never read anything that says it will help you to get pregnant but I've always seen it as something that will help the development once you do become pregnant. Thats why its good to be taking it before since you can never guarantee when you will get pregnant. It helps in the spinal development which takes place very early on so taking the folic acid now while your trying to get pregnant will be beneficial. You are supposed to take folic acid pills when you are pregnant to help your baby develop. |
