What causes elevated RBC Folic Acid, Elevated serum B12, etc?


What causes a person to have elevated(above normal range) RBC Folic Acid, elevated(above normal range) serum Folic Acid, Elevated serum B12, mid to high methymalonate(low B12) and ELEVATED(high normal) MCV with or without supplementation?

do you eat a lot of leafy vegetables and fatty meats and or use animal fats for for cooking ?? b-12 is only in fatty meat----folic acid plentiful in spinach, greens of any type etc.
