Is it safe to take folic acid & wellwoman vitamins that has folic acid in it at the same time? |
i've been taking these two together for months and just realised i'm getting double folic acid will this do me any harm Check the amount of folic acid you are getting in each. It's probably fine. You shouldn't need to take both going forward, though, unless it is recommended by a doctor. |
