I want to know about FOLIC ACID, is it a pill or a liquid?


i want to take folic acid before pregnancy. how can it is helpfull for safe pregnancy?

Folic acid is vitamin C. You can get it in pill form through vitamins, or by eating and drinking plenty of foods with it, like orange juice. The best thing you could probably do if you are actively trying to conceive, is start taking prenatal vitamins now. Since they are formulated for pregnant women, you will have the correct levels of vitamins and minerals in your body from day one of your pregnancy.

take prenatal vitamins buy over the counter--if u become pregnant and FA is usually in pill form, it insures a strong spine in the child i didn't have any and my son was born with spine problems the stupid doctor told me not to take prenatal vitamins

Folic acid is a vitamin - and is found in proper amounts in most multivitamins that contain it. You probably don't need a supplement. Look at some prenatal vitamins if you want to get a proper dosage.
