With mthfr, do you still take the vitamin b's, folic acid and baby aspirin even if you're not pregnant? |
i've had several miscariages, 1 at 16 weeks, and a stillborn at 20 weeks. i do have a healthy 13 yr. old, thank god, by strange coincidence i was taking folic acid with her pregnancy- but didn't know until years later about the mthfr- not "trying" right now... but maybe later, but should i still be on these?
