What foods contain folic acid and what does it do? |
I know pregnant women have to have it it but what is it for besides being used for pregnancy?. Im not trying to lose weight. Just wanted to know what it does. Folic acid and folate are forms of the water-soluble Vitamin B9. These occur naturally in food and can also be taken as supplements.
