Please evaluate my eating for the past two weeks...?

I would like to get your opinon about the nutrional aspects of how/what I eat. I have the past week (I have two weeks recorded so far). Particularly, I would like to know if I should be getting more/less of a certain vitamin or mineral. I started to get concerned about the folate intake I have and thought I would throw this out there.

By the way, I am trying to lose weight right now, which is why my calories are a little lower than usual, but eventually I would like to incorporate more healthy foods that will balance out my daily nutrition.

One other question: When experts talk about getting enough of a certain vitamin or folate, for example, is this EVERY day, or is it really that strict? Like, if I were to only get half of the recommended intake of folate for a couple of days, will that negate all the other days I was eating enough? THANKS in advance, as this board won't allow me to respond once I post =(

wow!!! life is way to short to worrie about every carrot stick you eat, as long as you exorsise often and raise your heart rate a little from time to time, drink plenty of water and milk and juice, eat three healthy balanced meals a day and dont kill rape or pillage any one you aint doing to bad!
go outside and have some fun and stop fretting about your health, you made it this far in life and are obviously doing something right, you only live once get out and enjoy it!

Stay away from carbonated beverages. Drink water and natural juices.

Stay away from processed meats and chips....they contain salt and preservatives that make you retain fluid.

It's better to cook your own chicken breast or steak.

Raw and steamed vegetables are best.

I think you're doing fine, though you can cut back on some of the junk food that adds unnecessary calories, etc. (lays chips)

I would say that you have a well balanced diet..

why are you asking us this mundane crap?

looks good but we kinda need to know your hight and weight male female to know forsure if that is right for you

Good job! Now treat yourself to a T-BONE WITH A BAKED POTATO AND SOUR CREAM AND BACOS, A PIECE OF CHOCOLATE CAKE AND A GLASS OF WHOLE MILK.

This looks pretty healthy, but low on fruits, veggies and fiber and highish on grains. I'd recommend signing up for the website http://www.fitday.com/ First, it's free. You can enter in everything you eat and it will tell you specifically what nutrients you are short on, and will track your progress over time. Plus you can see graphs of what the makeup of your diet is...and you can enter in exercise amounts and other stuff. It's interesting.

Sorry to tell you this, but you could be eating a lot healthier. Your caloric intake may be low enough to lose weight, but you are eating an awful lot of processed foods and are not spreading our your calories throughout the day to make the most of your metabolism.

You are eating less in the morning and more as the day gets longer. If you are going to eat "three square meals per day" then you should eat your largest meal in the morning. "Breakfast like a kind, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper."

Better still is to divide your caloric intake into 5 or so meals, eating the same amount every 4 hours or so. This keeps your metabolism at peak efficiency throughout the day.

The diet coke,it is the most dangerous thing on your list, cancer patients are forbidden it.Read what is in frozen spinich and you won't eat it.Cheese is full of fat, butdo not eat processed cheese are cheese food.Eat only natural cheese, jarlsburg swiss or cheddar. You cannot win eating processed food today, full of chemicals, trans fats and excessive salt.Hot dogs are the worst.salt in soup awfull(canned)Do not eat corn in any form.Eat fish Talapia, salmon, cat fish, they take a minute to broil.Have salad and fresh ,artichokes, broccoli.Frozen fruits and vegetables are easy and good .Birdseye makes brussel sprouts and other single servings in low fat ready to microwave sauce.Boca makes a package of meat substute patties individually wrapped, you would swear was hamburger,my family did not know the difference. They are frozen,so you can unwrap and as many as you want.Look on line for the doctors who practice nutrition today, you will be amazed what the industry is doing to food to make money.DR douglass is one,DR Wright is another.your exercise is good. The natural nutritionists say we do not have to avoid red meat, drink too much water or exercise to death to stay healthy.I do not know your age but remember, life is full of greedy people who will sell you anything to make money.Read, look up Dr Douglass on the internet.I have not the time you have left in the world,it took me along time to realize that today greed runs the world I just found out that the pop open cans so convient are lined with a very harmful chemical as an extra preservative. I now feed my anomals only natural food.!Do not be afraid to eat just check what you re eating.Low calorie foods sold on TV all have chimicals. Eat natural ,also remember there are one in fifty Medical doctors who know any thing about meds except those the y use in their specialty.Take care of your self love life do not count calories just eat natural food ,you cannot overeat veggies, meats and fish.Eat dark chocolat, drink red wine, some beer and be happy! All my best to you,God Bless YOU

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.
