Im currently taking pre-natal vitamins. "prenate elite tab scie"- I was wondering how much of what vit is in

the prenatal vit (ex vit A, folate, etc) Im asking b/c my dermo recently told me that you need protein for good hair. She said take iron, folate, vit B-12. I just dont know how much of these supplements to take, if I am already taking a prenatal vitamin. Any ideas?

Are you taking these vitamins for your hair or for pregnancy?
I would steer away from the iron, unless you are iron deficient (taking too much iron can generate cancer growth). I would talk to a nutritionist, every woman's body is different including yours. Try eating a healthy nutritious diet (organic when you can), eat from all food groups & drink lots of water. This will help keep all your body parts healthy, including your hair.
