I am a vegan just got a blood test can anyone tell me what b12 serumm 844<i> and folate serum 7.6<i> means?

Sounds like the physician is trying to determine if you have anemia due to low B12 and Folate. B12 deficiency is common among vegetarians. Proper levels of folate are necessary for B12 to be absorbed into the blood stream.
Both of your levels are well in the normal range.
Normal ranges:
folate (folic acid): 3.1-18.0
vitamin B12: 200-1100
